My Business Philosophy:
The heading of this page, "About Us" refers to the interaction between you, the customer, and me, the jewelry
crafter. I don't start out with a large inventory of items ready to be sent out. After receiving your order, I
make the jewelry individually to fit your specifications. The chokers will be made according to your neck size, and
the necklaces according to your requested length. So, between us, you can expect something uniquely yours!
*Note: a portion of my profits is used to support literacy and environmental activism. Save the Earth:
recycle whatever and whenever you can!
DELIVERY: My standard method of shipment is U.S. mail or U.P.S. ground. Within the United
States the shipping is FREE on retail orders. Maryland residents need to add 5% sales tax, but there are no shipping
and handling charges on orders sent anywhere in the United States.*

... but I am always interested in your ideas and suggestions! My name is Sally Sorbello, and I have
been designing jewelry for over 15 years. Once exclusively running a wholesale business, I have enjoyed participating
in festivals in recent years. Meeting customers and making sure the jewelry they select is custom- fit for them has
been a real pleasure. I hope this website will make it easy for people to shop at times most convenient for them.
There are only 10 or so shows that I participate in each year, but the web is open 24 hours a day!
RETURN POLICY: Customer satisfaction is important to me. The jewelry is made to look good, fit
comfortably, and last. If you have any questions or concerns about an item purchased, please let me know so I can resolve
the problem for you. I will include care instructions with each piece. With the right maintenance your jewelry will
last for generations. If your purchase just isn't what you were expecting, return it in new condition within 10 days
to get a refund.
